Return Policy

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order by notifying us within 30 days of receiving the goods or the final batch of goods.

The cancellation notice must be made clearly, for example by sending it to the email address listed below, or by including a written notice with the returned goods.

The right of cancellation applies only to unused products, unless otherwise stated on the sales website. The product must be returned in its original packaging and packed carefully for return shipment.

If the order is cancelled, the goods must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days after submitting the cancellation notice to our return address listed below. If necessary, the person returning the goods must be able to prove that the goods were returned within the required time limit, for example with a return receipt.

Return label: Please request a return label from us before sending the return by contacting our customer service. Returns made without a return label requested in advance cannot be processed.

When returning your order, please include your name, contact details, and bank account number for any possible refund. We will refund the amount you paid for the order without delay.

Inspection of Shipment, Errors, and Problem Situations

Please inspect the delivery immediately after receiving it. If the product has been lost or damaged during transport, or if it otherwise does not correspond to your order or is defective, please notify our customer service as soon as possible and no later than within 30 days, so that we can agree on how to correct the issue.

In consumer sales, we comply with the mandatory provisions of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act regarding liability for defects.
