Masajo Oy, Business ID: FI15913427, address: Lahnuksentie 22, 01840 Klaukkala; sells products to companies and adult individuals in the EU area. These delivery terms apply to ordering products in our online store and to similar deliveries.

These delivery terms are valid from May 26, 2017. We can change the delivery terms unilaterally from time to time, so please familiarize yourself with our delivery terms each time before you order products from our online store.

 

Products and Product Prices

The features and prices of the products in the online store are presented in connection with each product presentation. We reserve the right to changes in prices and shipping costs, so please check the respective prices from the shopping cart before you accept the order. Product prices are as they appear in the shopping cart and in the order confirmation.

 

Payment Terms

Checkout is a safe payment method for you. We have a payment institution license granted by the Financial Supervisory Authority. The service is maintained by Checkout Finland Oy (Business ID 2196606-6) and Checkout Finland Oy is part of OP Group.

Checkout payment service transfers your payment to the merchant. If you see Checkout Finland Oy on your bank statement or credit card bill, we have transferred your payment.

The online store acts as a marketer of products and services and as a supplier of products to the customer. The online store takes care of the statutory and other obligations related to the trade defined by itself. If you want to complain or return a product, you should contact the online store where the product was ordered directly.

 

Bank Payments

You have the payment buttons of all Finnish banks at your disposal. You can pay with Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, Osuuspankki, POP-pankki, Säästöpankki, S-pankki and Ålandsbanken payment buttons. On your account statement, you will see Checkout Finland Oy as the payee, we will forward your payment to the online merchant. From the online store, you will be directed directly to your own bank to make the payment safely.

Credit Card Payments

You can pay in the online store with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard and American Express cards. The international Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey authentication services are in use in the online store. Checkout appears as the payee on the card bill and forwards the payment made by the customer directly to the merchant. Card payment is done safely with a protected payment form and no payment card information is stored in the online store's systems.

 

Mobile payment methods

Pivo, MobilePay, Masterpass and Siirto are app-based services that can be used to pay for online purchases as a bank transfer from your account or as a card payment from your card by approving the payment in the respective app. Pivo also supports Siirto payments, where the payment can be approved in any Siirto-supporting application.

Invoice and Installment Services

Invoice and installment services through Checkout are provided by OP, Collector, Jousto and Mash (formerly Euroloan). Collector also offers invoice and installment options to corporate customers.
