Masajo Ltd is not responsible for any indirect, direct or any other damages related to the order, delivery, or product, except as far as a mandatory provision in the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law has otherwise provided for such damage.

 

Disputes

We aim to resolve any disputes related to your order primarily by agreement, so please contact our Customer Service first to resolve the matter.

If a dispute concerning a sales contract cannot be resolved by negotiation between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi) for resolution. Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer should contact the Consumer Advisory Services of the local register offices (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
